More To Life Weekend goes to Spain!
Yes! Spain has been on my agenda for many years. And now I get to do two of my favorite things – train the More To Life Weekend and indulge my curiosity about yet another culture.
The more cultures I get to explore, the more fascinated I am by the many faces of the human experience. It’s like a very rich soup – each flavor enhanced by all the other flavors.
Felipe Gomez Ferrandiz and Marisa Hidalgo joined forces over a year ago to create the transformative experience (aka The More To Life Weekend) for a roomful of people near Madrid, Spain. The UK Board of Directors, the International Board of Directors, Issy Crocker, 5 other Spanish students of the program and I have all played a part in bringing this to fruition, because it has been an intention held in common by us all.
A commonly-held intention – WOW! What power there is in that. It seems to me that when an intention is that intentional, it should sail – without hitches. Not the case! Ever! (in my experience) We’ve faced quite a few potential stoppers – including the deadline for Go/No Go. Fortunately, we’ve utilized the processes taught in the weekend and negotiated our way past each critical point. And it’s been an exciting partnership.
We have room for a few more participants – so if you know of someone who is looking to change their life over a weekend, who speaks either English or Spanish (we're doing the first simultaneous translation MTLW) and can be in Madrid on the date below, then this is the time and place.
We are also recruiting a few more team members: the only requirement is that you have previously been a participant of the More To Life Weekend. If you are bi-lingual (Spanish/English) and are an experienced facilitator of the MTLW processes, then you are a priority. And if you are an experienced team member, you are another priority. And if you are a pioneer, trend-setter, initiator, make-it-happen-kind of a person, then this weekend will likely appeal to you as well!
