Sarah Bush and I, living 2.5 hours from each other, first met in LAX airport, waiting on a flight to New Zealand. It was one of those instantaneous connections. Within that 30 minutes before we boarded, we determined we would find a way to sit next to each other on the 13 hour flight – on a packed airplane. We checked our boarding passes to make sure we knew where the other was seated. And, yep, you guessed it, there was only one seat between us – which no one ever sat in. So we spent most of the night discovering one connection after another, sprinkled with lots of laughter. Bottom line, we knew we were going to "do something" together.
So we have had our own Sacred Passage – having crisscrossed each other's life since then, waiting for the "ripe time" – which is November 9 and 10. A couple of weeks ago, we met at Sacred Passages, a Bed & Breakfast near Wimberley, TX to check out the venue (located on a crystal mine) and to plan a Re-Treat combining our complimentary expertises. As we did on the plane to New Zealand, we built on each other's ideas, laughed, designed more experiences, laughed some more.
Being around her is a treat all its own. Imagine being with a group of like-spirited folks, in a truly magical setting, taking time to be present to yourself at this point in your evolution, exploring how you want to spend the next part of your life … really. What's your sacred passage all about? Cuz your passage through this worldly experience IS Sacred!
PS Sacred Passages Re-Treat is our first formal venture, space is limited.
