Leading Your Own Life While Leading Others

Usually when we think of leaders, we think of charismatic, big personality types. In a current business bible, Good to Great, by Jim Collins, he explored 11 companies who had transitioned from being good companies to being great companies.

Each of those 11 companies had a Level 5 Leader at its head. Great Leaders aren’t about personal fame, they are personally unpresuming, not egotistical at all. However they are boldly authentic truth-tellers. That Level 5 Leader lives within us all.

On March 19, Sylvia Hebert and I will be exploring our Inner Leader, magnifying our ability to lead our personal lives authentically AND being willing to make a difference in the lives of others… no matter what our current level of leadership.
